Spotify Dedicated Apple for iPad 2 available to download

Spotify have now launched a dedicated version of their application for the Apple iPad!

In the past iPad owners had to use the iPhone version of Spotify, which didn't take full advantage of the larger screen-size and resolution present on Apple's tablet.

The iPad version of Spotify has been fully optimised for the iPad meaning it takes full advantage of the iPad's huge Retina display.  It also includes the dual-panel interface and the slick interface Spotify users have come to expect.

Spotify for iPad also comes with new high-definition album-art covers, which looks truly stunning. Additionally, they've made browsing playlists even easier and the whole application has been given a new lick of paint.

As always with Spotify you need to get a premium subscription to stream music. The actual application is free to download, but you won't actually be able to stream any music without paying. A Spotify premium subscription costs £9.99 a month which gets you unlimited access to millions of songs!

NOVA 3 for Apple iPad 2 to be available this Month

Gameloft have released a new trailer for N.O.V.A 3 which is set to launch on Android, iPad and iPhone this month.

N.O.V.A 3 (Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance) is a first-person shooter set in the future and adopts a very similar design to the hugely succesful Halo franchise. This latest version is orientated at the multi-player aspect of the action-packed mobile game!

The amazing multiplayer has everything you'd expect from a top first person shooter including 6 different gametypes and a whole arsenal of weapons to choose from. You can also customise your character and team up with other people to drive some of the games hugely powerful vehicles.

You'll able to shoot any of the 10 weapons across 6 huge levels and unlock achievements which show just how good you are.

Wolfenstein 3D Game for iPad 2 available for download

ID software have announced that they've made Wolfenstein 3D available to download free for the Apple iPhone and iPad.

Wolfenstein 3D was the one of the first ever first-person shooters launched even before Quake and Doom, which is now amazingly celebrating its 20th anniversary. In the game you play a capture US spy who is trying to escape from the Nazi's stronghold Castle Wolfenstein, where he is being held prisoner.

The game is action packed and enables you to roam around the castle blasting anything those steps in your path with a variety of different weapons. You'll also encounter epic boss-battles and can search for hidden treasure!

The version of Wolfenstein 3D available for the iPhone and iPad features all six original episodes with over 60 levels. The menu has also been totally redesigned to make it more user-friendly, while a number of sound fixes have been resolved.
